Rock arm is mainly used to stroke the fossils and strong weathering rock crushing collapse.
Rock arm design principle is:
With movable arm and bucket rod connection point for the fulcrum, Extended protection to the bucket rod oil cylinder lever of ear hole center distance, shorten the fulcrum to the front of the bucket rod set of lever of center distance, increasing the bucket rod oil cylinder bore to obtain large enough force, through the leverage theory to achieve strong damage. In order to ensure the smooth installation and use of rock arm, we take full bore processing technology after welding process, extend the service life of the excavator.

6, The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q550, the top and bottom cover plate use Q550, other place use Q345B. Weldox also optional to suit to your application. Pin's material is 42CrMo4.
8, Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill(taper process) the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance. Also the inside have strength plate make it more stronger.
9, If necessary, extra pipeline can be added to suit to some extra application.
10, Stick cylinder of the long boom, can use your original stick cylinder to save the cost, if you need the stick cylinder, we also can prepare for you.
11, Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or overlapping another plate for heavy-duty application.
12, Welding is protective-gas welding, the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is golden standard for protective gas.

14, For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom, we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding, to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
15, The manufacture time about 25 days. Warranty time 6 month after installation.
16, We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it's easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
